If you have any questions, or a problem with your order/the product your received, please contact me as soon as possible via email (support@squashkb.com), Discord (tsquash#7552), or the contact page. I will aim to respond within 24 hours.

• When is X Shipping?
- For updates on my projects, vist the Trello board, or join the Discord server for the latest update. In-stock items will be sent out within 4 business days. Please note there is always the possibility of delays on group buy items due to unforeseeable issues.
• How do I cancel or modify my order?
- Please reach out to me to cancel or modify your order. Orders cancellations/modifications must be requested before the group buy period is over, and within a few hours after ordering for in stock items. Order modifications/cancellations will not be made once the group buy window has closed, or once the shipping label has been created for in stock items.
• Can I change my shipping address?
- Yes, as long as your order has not been shipped you may change your address. Address change emails will also be sent towards the end of group buys as a reminder. To request an address change, please message me.
• Will you undervalue orders for international shipping?
- No. All orders will be declared with their actual value.
• Am I responsible for customs/import fees?
- Yes, the customer is responsible for any type of customs/import/VAT fees.
• My product arrived damaged, what can I do?
- Please reach out to me to decide upon a solution! Note that once you have started soldering on a board I cannot offer refunds/replacements.
• Can I request a refund/return?
- Returns on in-stock items are available for the first 7 days after receiving the item. The item cannot be used/soldered. For returns, the customer will be responsible for paying shipping costs back to me. Group buy orders and B-Stock orders are final and cannot be refunded.
